WELCOME

Our new ministry name "Jump Start" reflects our passion and commitment to see kids' spiritual lives "get going" or to be "vigorously started." The childhood years are so crucial for a solid foundation to life and this applies as much to their spiritual foundation as any other.

At First Church of God, we welcome children in Jesus’ name and want to make sure nothing hinders them from knowing Jesus as both their Savior and their Lord. We are committed to training them to be spiritual champions. We want them to understand how to live God’s Word in their daily lives, making “champion” decisions, having “champion” attitudes and forming “champion” relationships.

We want to partner with parents to...
--Teach children the truths of Scripture.
--Help children to apply truths of Scripture to everyday living.
--Challenge children to go into their communities to stand on these truths and make an impact.

And, as we can, provide support and encouragement to families, so the above can happen at home too.

4 before Sept 1, 2012 or going into Kindergarten in 2013 -- Li'l Champions Pre-K4 upstairs

Kindergarten -- Li'l Champions upstairs

1st-5th Grade -- D6 kids split into 1st-3rd combined and 4th-5th combined upstairs

Sundays @ 10:45am

4 before Sept 1, 2012 or going into Kindergarten in 2013 & Kindergarten -- Li'l Champions Pre-K4 & K combined upstairs
